SMS Terms

The SMS program is the "REI Ops receipts line" at (541) 868-8221. Texts on this line are sent by REI Ops, operated by Grand Technology Solutions LLC.

Texts are receipt confirmations, invoices and job notifications, which-project questions, and project updates sent to our own contractors and team.

How you opt in

Contractors and team members opt in by providing their mobile number to REI Ops during onboarding and signing a written agreement that includes consent to receive text messages about receipts, invoices and job notifications from (541) 868-8221. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
