When you use the REI Ops receipts line, we collect your mobile phone number, the content of messages exchanged with you, and your consent and opt-in or opt-out status.

We use the information we collect to operate and maintain our platform, send administrative communications, and comply with legal obligations.

Mobile numbers and SMS messages are used to send receipt confirmations, invoices and job notifications, which-project questions, and project updates to our own contractors and team on the REI Ops receipts line.

SMS and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We share mobile data only with service providers (for example our SMS provider) to deliver these messages. Reply STOP to opt out.
